The month-long culinary extravaganza begins with the Hong Kong Wine and Dine Festival, a four day event held in Hong Kong’s New Central Harbourfront located at the heart of the city’s commercial district. The Wine and Dine festival is where great wine meets gourmet cuisine with world renowned wineries offering their produce to eager wine lovers. The festival offers the best opportunity for visitors to taste and purchase rare top-quality wines while also acting as a knowledge hub for the wine-making industry. This annual event has fast gained international repute with last year’s gala attracting over 140,000 visitors while this year’s event promises to span six zones and include a Tasting Room. Boasting four days of a grand fiesta offering top quality wines and complimentary dishes from Hong Kong’s finest chefs against a backdrop of lively music and breathtaking landscape of the Victoria Harbour, the Hong Kong Wine and Dine festival is a highlight in Hong Kong’s cultural calendar.

The Wine and Dine Festival is followed by a series of culinary events and promotions, including street carnivals, wine themed tours and special gourmet food promotions at fine dining restaurants and star-class hotels. In addition the Hong Kong Trade Development Council plays host to the International Wine and Spirits Fair, a three day wine trade fair where wine connoisseurs meet to exchange ideas, identify new products and form business deals.
