1. Jagalchi Fish Market

2. Milmyeon

Milmyeon is considered the dish that represents Busan. It is a dish made of flour noodles served with a delicious broth-based in meat, egg, cucumber, and gochujang – which is a traditional chilli paste. The noodle broth is served cold. You can find this in many a Busan restaurant.

3. Gukje Market Street Food

Street food in Korea is best eaten at the local markets where vendors have stalls set up in the middle of the walkway and you sit down on plastic stools to try the various kinds of food from rice cakes, to fish soup and blood sausage.

4. Ssiat Hotteok

Hotteok is a round sweet pancake and the Busan version stuffs it in a mixture of seeds, nuts, brown sugar syrup and cinnamon.
