Kway Teow

This Thai noodle dish gets its name from a Hokkien Chinese word, which means noodles. There are many varieties of the dish that feature different types of meat and it can be served with a variety of toppings including garlic, spring onions, bean sprouts and cilantro.

Laab

This spicy salad is often made with minced pork, but you can also find varieties with chicken or mushrooms. It carries a hefty kick of spice and flavours and is not for those with a low tolerance for spice.
